5/26/2004 ~ CBR's Steven Grant reviews "Some Other Day"
(from his Permanent Damage column) "Brian Kelly's art also shows up in SOME OTHER DAY (Antihero Comics; $2), nicely illustrating a short David Hopkins story about a disintegrating space station raining down on a small Texas town. We never see the space station; the story focuses on human reaction to the event. It creeps up on you, but it's quite good. This is the level of quality all mini-comics should aspire to."
On tonight's episode of Fanboy Radio (#155), we had Dead@17 creator Josh Howard on the show.
Near the end of the interview, I announced that I've written an 8 page story to appear in Viper Comics' Dead@17: Rough Cut. This book will be solicited in the upcoming June Previews and available in stores this August. I'm working with the very talented Sean Stephens, who has done some promotional artwork for Rough Cut. You can see it in Dead@17: Blood of Saints #1 and #2 (on sale this Wednesday). I'll keep everyone updated on the details. I appreciate your support so far. How cool is this?!
